- specification valued engineered further prior to issuing tender (retained design integrity)
- specification pack issued as engineering drawings ensuring consistency between suppliers
- delivered a better concept (flexibility/style/function) 5% lower than budget
- specified and sourced new, more sustainable materials and finishes
